**About Role:**

We’re looking for experienced
**Senior Software Engineers to work on agentic development**
and build software solutions that improve and automate business processes.

In this role, you’ll work in a Scrum-based environment and apply strong software engineering practices to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for change and automation, and translate them into practical technical solutions.

You’ll combine hands-on technical contribution with responsibility for guiding and supporting a small engineering team, helping set priorities, coordinate delivery and foster team members’ professional development.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Design and develop agentic and AI-enabled software solutions that address real business needs;
- Analyze existing business and operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and AI implementation;
- Translate process requirements into scalable technical designs and practical software solutions;
- Take ownership of the delivery lifecycle, from analysis and solution design through implementation, testing and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, validate solutions and support successful delivery;
- Provide technical direction, coordinate day-to-day engineering activities, manage team priorities and performance, and support the development of other team members;
- Promote sound software engineering practices, knowledge sharing and a proactive, delivery-focused way of working.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering;
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
- Strong professional experience with Java or other relevant programming languages, supported by solid software engineering principles and development practices;
- Experience in agentic development or building agent-based software solutions;
- Ability to understand business and operational processes and translate opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI implementation into technical solutions;
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, programming practices and the software development lifecycle;
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes;
- Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment;
- Previous Team Lead experience;
- Project-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive solutions across analysis, design, implementation and testing;
- Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
