**About Role:**
We’re looking for a strong mid-level AI Agentic Developer withprofessional experience who can work independently, take ownership and contribute proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires a solid understanding of business and operational processes, the ability to identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities, and hands-on experience with implementing AI and agentic solutions in real-world environments.
**What You Will Do:**
- Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
- Design, develop and implement AI-powered and agentic solutions that address practical business needs;
- Translate functional requirements and process needs into scalable technical solutions;
- Design, develop, test and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions in line with business and technical requirements;
- Build, test and continuously improve applications and services throughout the software development lifecycle;
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams while independently managing assigned tasks and deliverables.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development;
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
- Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities and translate them into practical technical solutions;
- Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, including designing and implementing solutions for real-world use cases;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure;
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications;
- Experience across different stages of software development, including analysis, design, implementation and testing;
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive project tasks and solutions forward, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.
