**About the role**
You will join the Norstat Group Central Finance team and work closely with colleagues across several Norstat entities and countries. The role is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level accountant who wants to build their experience in an international Finance environment and gradually take on more responsibility.
You will support the day-to-day accounting activities of the Central Finance team, working with areas such as invoicing, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
**Main Missions**
- Prepare and process customer invoices.
- Handle vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable activities.
- Perform bookkeeping and general ledger postings.
- Post bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable and support collection activities.
- Add and maintain customer information, including performing credit checks.
- Add and maintain vendor information.
- Support several Norstat legal entities and countries as part of the Central Finance team.
- Manage and respond to requests received through the common Group Finance inbox, making sure questions and requests are followed up appropriately.
- You will receive support and onboarding to help you learn our processes, systems and ways of working.

**Candidate Profile**
- Junior to mid-level accounting profile, ideally with around 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong newly graduated candidates with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.
- Relevant education in accounting, finance or economics.
- Good basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Previous experience with an accounting or ERP system is required.
- Experience with invoicing, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping and/or bank reconciliations is an advantage.
- Basic to good working knowledge of Excel.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Accurate, reliable and well organised.
- Service-minded and comfortable communicating with colleagues and external parties.
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through.
- Curious and not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear.
- Willing and eager to learn and develop.
- Comfortable handling different tasks and supporting several entities.
- Comfortable working as part of an international and remote Finance team.
- Positive attitude and a good team player.
