ELD COMPLIANCE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

Еклектик Диспеч is seeking an experienced ELD Compliance Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Kisela Voda, Skopje.

We’re seeking a transportation professional with strong knowledge of Samsara ELD, Hours of Service (HOS), and U.S. trucking compliance regulations who can oversee daily ELD operations and help maintain a high standard of compliance across our fleet.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and audit driver logs using Samsara ELD
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
- Review and resolve log violations, discrepancies, and compliance issues
- Monitor HOS, unassigned driving, and other ELD-related activity
- Work closely with drivers, dispatch, operations, and safety teams
- Provide guidance and training regarding proper ELD usage
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports
- Support the company in maintaining 100% ELD compliance

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Previous experience with ELD compliance in the U.S. trucking industry
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Samsara ELD
- Excellent understanding of HOS and FMCSA regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
