IKONS is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process, work closely with candidates and hiring managers, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and Team Leaders.
- Prepare and publish job vacancies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support the HR team with recruitment-related activities and projects.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship or initial experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
