The role
You will work with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout implementation and support engagements.
Your work will include:
- Leading requirements workshops and documenting business processes.
- Performing fit-gap analysis and preparing functional design documents.
- Configuring Dynamics 365 modules within your area of expertise.
- Supporting testing and user acceptance testing, including issue investigation and resolution.
- Training key users and preparing functional documentation.
- Supporting go-live, post-go-live improvements, and first- and second-line functional requests.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.
- Understanding of the business processes in your specialist area.
- Experience supporting testing, users, and issue resolution.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with client stakeholders in English.
**Helpful experience:**
A full ERP implementation lifecycle, experience across additional Dynamics 365 modules, Microsoft certifications, and familiarity with Power Platform.
