, you are the heartbeat of a customer-centric mission. You will work alongside a high-performing Magic team to deliver a "best-in-class" experience for German-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction with the brand is seamless, empathetic, and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**
You’ll work under the close guidance of your CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to customers.
- Answering client's inquiries
- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
- Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
- General Research
- Updating addresses and client information
