**Role Description**
The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules and resources, managing contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress on-site, and resolving operational issues. The Construction Project Manager will prepare and track project budgets, review technical documentation, and collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals. The role also involves conducting site inspections, enforcing health and safety regulations, and preparing regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
