**Accounting and Finance Specialist (1 position)**
**Required Qualifications:**
- University degree (VII/1) in economics, finance, accounting, or auditing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Pantheon is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing financial accounting and material‑financial operations
- Posting and recording all financial transactions
- Preparing financial documents, annual accounts, and audit reports
- Issuing and recording invoices, analyzing, controlling, and reconciling with the general ledger
- Reconciling warehouse and material records with financial records
- Monitoring and recording daily transactions, delegating tasks
- Maintaining and safeguarding business books and accounting documentation
**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong communication and positive attitude
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
- Commitment to multiculturalism and non‑discrimination
