Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure telecommunications systems to meet technical and operational requirements
- Support the installation and testing of the communication infrastructure
- Provide technical support for ongoing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot signal degradation and connectivity issues
- Prepare technical documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and project management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license
