Evolutivo is expanding its development team and is looking for developers with strong frontend skills and professional fluency in Italian. We work with leading Italian and international organisations to design and build high-impact digital solutions.
We are seeking mid-level Full-Stack Developers with 2–4 years of experience, a solid foundation in .NET, and strong expertise in React and modern frontend frameworks. You will help build performant web interfaces, reusable UI components, and scalable cloud applications.
This is a full-time freelance role that is fully remote.
**Fluent Italian is required**
, as you will work with Italian teams and clients daily.
**What you’ll do**
- Develop and maintain modern web applications, with a strong focus on React.
- Build REST APIs, integrations, and cloud-ready components.
- Collaborate directly with designers, analysts, and senior engineers.
- Improve UI performance and the visual user experience.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical processes.
**Required technical skills**
**Frontend — priority**
- React; TypeScript is strongly preferred
- Redux or other state management solutions
- UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and best practices
**Backend**
- .NET / .NET Core
- Entity Framework or equivalent ORMs
- RESTful API development
- SQL Server preferred; PostgreSQL or MySQL is a plus
**Tools and practices**
- Git and Git-based workflows
- Visual Studio or VS Code
- Familiarity with continuous integration and Docker is an advantage
