Business Analyst (Finance Profile)

LEA Business Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for a motivated
**Business Analyst (Finance Profile)**

We are looking for passionate candidates excited about innovation and looking to expand their skills through a career in ERP consulting and information technology​.

**What will you do:**
Meanwhile having a background in informatics or business informatics you will become an expert in Odoo ERP and lead our clients in analysis, consultancy, implementation and training.

**1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Help customers with the use of Odoo Business Apps
- Solve functional problems by investigating
- Collaborate with Projects Leaders
- Work on Implementation Projects from A to Z
- Configure Workflows & Data Import
- Train Clients on Odoo Apps

**2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Finance Specialist
- Strong written and spoken Albanian and English

***Nice to have***

- Any other experience with ERP or Accounting Software
- Good knowledge of business processes

**3. TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS)**

- Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)

**4. SOFT SKILLS**

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Patience and pedagogical clarity — they train clients unfamiliar with Odoo
- Ability to simplify technical/financial concepts for non-specialists
- Precision and accuracy (configuration errors in finance carry real costs)
- Managing client expectations during implementation
- Teamwork with Project Leaders
- Adaptability — every client's process is a bit different
