to join our team!
If you’re passionate about tourism, enjoy communicating with customers, and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
**Previous experience is welcome, but not required.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**• Promote and sell travel packages through online channels.**
**• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.**
**• Prepare personalised offers and manage reservations.**
**• Prepare sales and booking reports as needed.**
**• Keep customer and booking records accurate and up to date.**
**• Coordinate with the team to support daily operations.**
**What We’re Looking For:**
**• Strong communication and customer service skills.**
**• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.**
**• Confidence using digital tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.**
**• Good command of English.**
**• A proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.**
