We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Skopje.
No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and all the support you need to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Start conversations and build relationships with prospects
- Understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with the sales team to turn opportunities into clients
- What we’re looking for:Excellent English communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Motivation to learn and grow in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- No previous sales experience required
