**Role Description**
The French Teacher will deliver engaging, learner-centered French lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, conducting in-person classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves maintaining a positive classroom environment, adapting teaching strategies to individual needs, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and teaching best practices. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in French Teaching and general Teaching, with the ability to manage diverse classrooms and learning styles.
- Experience in Tutoring and Education, including supporting individual learners and small groups.
- Background in Teacher Training or professional development related to language instruction.
- Proficiency in French (near-native or native level), with clear and accurate spoken and written communication.
- Relevant degree in Languages, Education, or a related field, or equivalent teaching certification.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans using modern, interactive teaching methods and educational technology.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
- Prior experience teaching French in a classroom or language center setting is preferred.
