**Senior O&M Service Technician**

- Operate & maintain wind turbines and wind farms:
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces;
- Conduct regular inspections of wind turbines and troubleshoot issues;
- Operate electrical measuring instruments and switchgear equipment, conduct electrical and diagnostic tests, carry out predictive inspections and corrective maintenance to ensure the optimal availability and performance of wind turbines;
- Operate and maintain equipment for computer networks and communication protocols, system for monitoring and operation of wind turbines and wind farm substation (SCADA system)
- Develop turbine performance reports, technical failure analysis reports, and other O&M-related reports;
- Inventory management & maintenance:
- Manage and organize inventory, specifying, delivering, and maintaining the optimal inventory level for the execution of the work.
- Prepare inventory for scheduled maintenance.
- Document the use/consumption of inventory, conduct periodic stocktake of onsite inventory;
- HSE compliance and risk management:
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment analysis before conducting O&M work;
- Ensure compliance with the QHSE requirements on site. Create non-conformity reports where applicable.
- Support other relevant work when needed.
