**Role Description**
The Functional D365 FO Consultant is a full-time role based in Skopje with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work from home. The consultant will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, perform FIT/GAP assessments, and translate processes into functional designs within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Daily tasks include configuring D365 FO modules, preparing and reviewing functional design documents, supporting testing activities (including UAT), and troubleshooting functional issues. The role involves training key users, providing go-live and post-go-live support, and recommending process improvements to optimize system usage. The consultant will collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including configuration of Finance and Supply Chain modules and support across full implementation lifecycles.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, and preparation of functional design documents (FDD).
- Background in testing and support activities, including UAT coordination, issue tracking, and 1st/2nd line functional support.
- Experience delivering user training, documentation, and change management for ERP or business applications.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, or supply chain concepts and how they map to ERP processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a project-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with other Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Power Platform, Office 365) is beneficial.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
