Day-to-day tasks include utilizing online platforms to find candidates, conducting interviews, discussing job expectations, and maintaining relationships with the team and drivers. The goal for this role is to support staffing needs and build a reliable driver workforce. Prior experience in recruiting or trucking is not required but is considered an advantage.
