We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
**Customer Service Specialist**
to join our growing transport team in Skopje.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage transport bookings in the TMS system.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates on shipments.
- Ensure clients are kept informed throughout the entire transport process.
- Coordinate closely with planners and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transport orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport activities.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in the
**European road transport industry**
is needed.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with TMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with operational and planning teams.
