About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Tirana.
This is a hands-on development role working on a significant Salesforce based platform for the UK market. You will work closely with Solution Architects, project teams and other developers, translating well-defined architecture and technical specifications into high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes tickets. We want a developer who takes ownership, thinks critically, solves problems and contributes ideas about how things can be done better.
What You'll Do
- Build and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and other Salesforce technologies.
- Translate Solution Architecture designs and technical specifications into robust, production-ready functionality.
- Develop and enhance functionality within Salesforce native and managed-package environments.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Work with complex Salesforce data models and data-handling requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, developers, project managers, testers and other delivery team members.
- Take ownership of assigned development work from specification through build, testing and completion.
- Work within structured sprint, release and delivery cycles with clear milestones.
- Support testing cycles by investigating defects, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards, quality and maintainability.
- Use modern development tools, including AI assisted development, to improve productivity, testing, documentation and code quality.
- Proactively identify technical improvements and better ways of delivering solutions.
What We're Looking For
You should have
**at least 2–3 years of commercial Salesforce development experience**
, including:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce data modelling
- Salesforce security, permissions and sharing
- REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
- SFDX and Git
- CI/CD and Salesforce release management
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of development through to completion
You should also be comfortable working in a structured, multi-developer environment and able to take clearly defined work through to completion with minimal supervision.
Experience That Would Be a Strong Advantage
Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:
- Salesforce managed-package or AppExchange product development
- Salesforce native software products rather than solely individual Salesforce org customisation
- Enterprise integrations and legacy-system integration
- Enterprise operations or process-driven business platforms
- UK enterprise technology projects
- Agile/sprint-based delivery environments
