**Role Description**
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time role based in Tirana, Albania, on-site.This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including defining role requirements with department managers, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and overseeing offer and onboarding activities.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute hiring strategies, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Interviewing and Hiring skills, including structured interview techniques and selection decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or growing startups.
