**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Tirana. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads to drive customer traffic and increase sales for the restaurant. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing local customer segments, and developing outreach lists and campaigns. The role involves engaging potential customers and partners through in-person interactions, phone calls, and digital channels, in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. The specialist will track lead activity, maintain accurate records, and report performance metrics to support ongoing growth initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong lead generation skills, including identifying and qualifying new leads.
- Experience with market research and understanding local customer behavior.
- Excellent communication abilities for engaging potential customers and partners.
- Basic sales skills, with the ability to present offers and encourage repeat business.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in tracking leads.

- Prior experience in food service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.
