**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior ERP Consultant at Datalab Albania.
The Junior ERP Consultant will be responsible for business process analysis, ERP implementations, and support to existing customers. This role is primarily located in Tirana with the option for remote work also.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, customization, and support of ERP systems.
- Analyse client business processes and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with the team to address technical and operational challenges.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Business Process
- Previous experience in ERP systems (1 year)
- Background in Finance or related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
