The position
We are looking for a
**Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant**
with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can combine functional and technical skills, with hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions.
What we’re looking for
- **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE**
: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service
- **Power Platform**
: Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse
- Configuration and customization of entities, forms, business rules, and workflows
- Development of Plugins, Custom Actions, and Web Resources
- JavaScript/TypeScript and C#/.NET
- Knowledge of PCF and integrations with SharePoint, Business Central, and Azure is a plus
Languages
- Fluent English is required
- Italian is a strong plus, especially for client interaction
- For profiles with a primarily technical focus, Italian is not a mandatory requirement
The profile we’re looking for
A mid/senior professional with at least 3 years of proven experience on Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform projects, able to work independently and handle both functional and technical aspects.
