**Your Daily Tasks**
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Execute end-to-end sourcing for goods and services across multiple categories
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Conduct competitive bids, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and quotation analyses to support best-value procurement decisions
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and issue resolution
- Lead the review, implementation, and optimization of specialist procurement AI and software applications
Cost Optimization & Commercial Analysis
- Analyze spend patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support negotiations for pricing, commercial terms, and service levels
- Collaborate with Finance to forecast procurement spend and support budgeting processes
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries
Process Management & Compliance
- Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, approval frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier data
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reinforce purchasing best practices
Operational Procurement
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice queries
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with internal teams across regions to understand and prioritize demand
**The Qualifications We Seek**
Skills & Experience Required
- **3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles**
- Proficiency in
**Microsoft Excel**
with the ability to analyze procurement and commercial datasets
- Familiarity with
**Power BI and ERP systems**

- Experience managing suppliers in a fast-paced, technology-led, multi-region environment
